He's one of the world's most famous foodies out there, rocking your TV screens since 1999. Known as the man behind "Good Eats", "Iron Chef America", and his interactive live shows - "Eat Your Science", "Edible Inevitable", and "Beyond the Eats", Alton Brown is ready to bid farewell. At age 62, the man just announced his last road show, after two decades of sharing his culinary genius and scientific pieces on TV and live stages. Featuring his classic and memorable antics, including live music, monologues, and surprising culinary demonstrations, he's also preparing a buffet of unexpected surprises at his last shows. It's gonna be his LAST BITE on tour.

"This will be my last big road show," he shared on an exclusive report by PEOPLE Magazine. "It's too long away from home. It's too hard on my family." Taking a step back, he's all set to give his fans the best culinary experience at his last variety show on stage. "After the tour, I'll take a break maybe and disappear for a little while and see if the world misses me. If it doesn't, oh, well, I had a good run," he said.

It *might* be his last show, but he isn't calling it a retirement. Seeing his fans across generations, with grandmas, dads, moms, and kids on his shows, is something special in his heart. Hearing all of your laughter and seeing your smiles as you have fun, it means the world to him. Now that he's on his LAST BITE, he's giving it his all.

With the same format as his previous shows, it's gonna be packed with music, spiels, and a "very large, very unusual culinary demonstration." Moreover, there's costumes, some quick history lectures, science trivias, and pop-culture jokes in the mix. Feeling that it's time for him to leave for a break, he's had a good run over the last two decades.

Reflecting on his culinary discoveries over the years, Alton Brown is presenting many of his favorite hacks, singing along, and taking you on a wild ride of culinary wonders. Having performed in over 200 cities and over 500k fans in the audience, he's one of the biggest names in food entertainment history. On February 2025, he's releasing his tenth book "Food for Thought" featuring a collection of essays. Just in time for the tour, it's a moment of closure of who knows when he'll head back to the stage. For now, it's his last bite.
